Do you accept refund and return of products bought from the Bowling Online Shop?


Bowling.westdoorblowj.com is committed to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. We will try our best the ensure the product to be delivered has no defects and also no misdeliveies will be made. However, in the rare case of receiving a product which is not the same as you have ordered, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging. This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.

To exercise this guarantee please contact us by email (westdoorblowj@gmail.com) and submit a request with the order for which the item(s) you want to return appear. Within 72 hours you will receive an email correspondence regarding your return request. DO NOT return any merchandise until you have received an email from our customer service team detailing how and where to return your item(s). All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.). 

The product must be returned in its original box and packed inside of a protective shipping box. Any item returned that is not in the original packaging and/or inside a protective shipping box will not be accepted.

Items being returned for exchange will be charged an additional shipping charge when items are reshipped.

The shipment methods we use includes insurance of the parcel, in case of any damage or loss during the shipping process. Please contact us by email (westdoorblowj@gmail.com) for claims if you suspect the product is damaged during shipping process.
